PropLync operates as governance infrastructure - not a portal, broker, or advertising platform. It does not facilitate transactions, hold escrow, or represent buyers or sellers.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules governing use of the PropLync platform - the verified real estate marketplace operating system that governs discovery, credential verification, governed visibility parameters, and traceable engagement signals for licence-confirmed professionals.
This AUP governs participation within the PropLync platform infrastructure. It does not govern off-platform conduct, transaction terms, property legality, or professional obligations that exist outside the platform.

PropLync governance systems prioritise credential stability and structural integrity over listing volume. Visibility is governed by eligibility parameters - not by advertising expenditure or engagement scoring.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PropLync platform:

3.3 Gaming Visibility Systems
PropLync does not operate bidding-based ranking. Attempts to simulate ranking leverage are violations. PropLync discovery ordering is deterministic and not influenced by advertising expenditure, behavioural profiling, or engagement scoring. 3.4 Scraping and Data Harvesting
Unauthorised scraping or data harvesting may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

PropLync reserves the right to implement automated anomaly detection systems to identify and respond to AI-assisted policy violations.

PropLync may apply rate limits, automated blocking, and technical access controls to protect platform integrity.
Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice in cases involving security, fraud, or legal risk.
PropLync maintains moderation records and enforcement logs for transparency and regulatory oversight in accordance with DSA obligations.

PropLync will acknowledge appeals within 10 business days of receipt. Substantive responses will be provided in accordance with applicable law and DSA obligations where applicable.
For users within the European Union, PropLync operates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
7.1 Content Moderation and Statement of Reasons
In accordance with DSA Article 17, where PropLync removes content, restricts a listing, or suspends an account, PropLync will provide a statement of reasons to the affected user. The statement will include the basis for the decision and the available redress options where required by law.
7.2 Notice and Action
Users may submit reports of illegal content or policy violations via legal@proplync.com. Illegal content reports are processed in a timely and structured manner in accordance with DSA Article 16 notice and action obligations.
7.3 Appeal and Redress
Users may appeal content moderation decisions in accordance with DSA Article 20. Appeals are processed without undue delay. PropLync will acknowledge appeals within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe reflecting the complexity of the case.
7.4 Authority Contact Point

PropLync may update this AUP to reflect regulatory changes, platform governance improvements, or security requirements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates. Material changes will be communicated to registered users in advance where required by law. The version of this AUP accepted by a user may be stored in PropLync governance records for legal traceability purposes.
