• every professional's participation is credential-anchored and traceable

"Operating System" means PropLync functions as infrastructure - not just a portal or directory - with governed rules, subscription tiers, and a traceable engagement loop running across all discovery surfaces. PropLync governs discovery before transactions occur.

PropLync supports both residential and commercial property listings, including:

• residential properties (homes, apartments, condos, townhomes)
• commercial properties (offices, retail, industrial, multifamily)
• land and plots (residential and commercial development land)
• projects (off-plan and new development launches)

All listings must be published by a licence-verified professional.

Only verified licensed real estate professionals:

All listing creators must confirm their active licence number on their profile as part of PropLync's credential governance process. This is what makes PropLync a verified marketplace - the professionals behind every listing are licence-confirmed. PropLync does not allow For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings, unlicensed individual posts, or unverified public contributions.

The licensed professional who created the listing is responsible for its accuracy. If you discover inaccurate information:

• report it to PropLync using in-platform reporting tools - we will investigate potential governance violations and may remove the listing
• report it to the professional's licensing board, as licensing authorities have enforcement powers and can take disciplinary action
• consult a legal advisor, as licensed professionals may carry errors and omissions insurance and may be liable for misrepresentation

PropLync is a platform provider, not a content certifier. Legal liability for listing content rests with the licensed professional who created it.
